Grant Writer with 5+ Years Nonprofit Experience

Passionate about helping nonprofit organizations to thrive, I specialize in developing compelling grant proposals that secure funding for impactful initiatives. I am a grant writer and manager, development specialist, mentor, and a Floridian. My data-driven, narrative approach to grant writing has enabled me to secure thousands of dollars in funding for research, community programs, and much more.

I earned a Master of Arts in Professional Writing and have been certified by the American Grant Writers Association. Based in Sarasota, FL, I started my nonprofit development career at the internationally renowned Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. As a grant writer, I am determined to bridge the gap between nonprofits and funders, enhancing access to educational and community resources like libraries, museums, and science centers.
